THURSDAY: Martial Arts (1st - 4th Grade) Fall

Students will have a blast mastering martial arts moves that improve their flexibility, health, and ability to focus. Expert instructors blend fun and discipline, teaching strength and self-control through carefully designed and engaging exercises.

A Karate Gi is optional.
