TUESDAY: SKILLS & DRILLS with Coach Chris (2nd-4th Grade) Spring

Join Coach Chris to develop and improve skills on the court and on the field. Give your athlete the edge as they move into competitive sports. Strength, speed, and agility will improve total body conditioning and performance. Individualized physical challenges and team activities bring unpredictable environments, along with lessons in strategy and mental fortitude. Scrimmages are an important component as we polish our skills and be confidence to be game ready!!
