MONDAY: Tumbling & Movement (Pre-K, Kinder & 1st Grade) Fall

Firm Foundation Tumbling & Movement is a fun, high-energy enrichment program. Through age-appropriate gymnastics, obstacle courses, balance activities, and beginner tumbling skills, children develop coordination, strength, flexibility, and confidence. In a positive, encouraging environment, students build foundational movement skills, improve listening and direction-following abilities, and stay active, engaged, and excited to learn through movement and play.
